Acceptable Use
You may not use the Face Swap or Outfit Builder tools to:
- Impersonate others without their explicit legal consent.
- Generate Non-Consensual Intimate Imagery (NCII).
- Create harassing, defamatory, or hateful visual content.
- Bypass regional age restrictions for AI content generation.
Warning: Any violation of these terms results in an immediate, permanent account ban without refund.
AI Accuracy & Simulations
While our "Pixel-Perfect" loop is industry-leading, all images generated by Stylist.AI are simulations.
Exact fabric texture, drape, or precise color matching to physical products available on third-party retailers (e.g., Temu, Amazon) is not guaranteed. Users should treat AI generations as visual mood boards rather than physical product proofs.
Subscriptions & Refunds
Style Credits are refreshed monthly based on your plan tier. Unused credits do not roll over to the next billing cycle.
Refund Policy:
Due to the high fixed costs of GPU and AI processing, we do not offer refunds once Style Credits have been utilized for any generation.
Note: The "Instagram Blue Check" granted to Elite members is a cosmetic social status within the Stylist.AI platform and does not grant verified status on external social media platforms.
E-Commerce & Affiliate Links
Our search resolution tool provides affiliate links to 3rd party retailers. Stylist.AI is not responsible for shipping, product quality, returns, or transaction disputes for items purchased on external sites.
